A 14th C Charter found among Chesham’s manorial records proved to have been written on the back of an earlier fragment of the kitchen accounts of Chesham’s Lord of the Manor, the Earl of Oxford. This talk will recreate the splendour with which the Earl entertained and fed his guests.
